Our purpose
A recognized center and center-right tendency inside the GOP.
The Centrist Caucus was launched to secure formal recognition for ideological caucuses within Republican Party institutions. Its role is to give moderate conservatives, Christian democrats, institutionalists, and center-right Republicans a durable place to organize.
Political pluralism
Make room for different tendencies to organize openly inside a broad Republican coalition.
Human dignity
Ground politics in individual worth, fundamental freedoms, civil society, and responsible government.
Practical reform
Favor durable solutions, institutional competence, and coalition-building over political theater.

The Centrist Caucus identifies the IDC-CDI as its international reference point. The organization brings together center and center-right parties committed to democracy, human rights, the rule of law, political pluralism, and citizen participation.
This provides a useful international frame for Republicans who see themselves as part of a democratic center-right tradition rather than a purely national ideological movement.
